By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

-1. GFX's take on average 7 days to be delivered depending on current queue / demand, in rare cases, the wait may be longer.-2. Not all commissions are featured in videos! I do my best to feature commissions valued at a "Advanced GFX" and above in my videos, but cannot always feature every commission. You are paying for the GFX, not a shout out, but I try my best to add video shout outs to thank my customers <3-3. I do not offer refunds of any sort, the number of revisions are attached to the listings, no revisions are offered for Surprise GFX's.-4. Please ensure you're wearing the correct avatar after placing a commission up until I've finished your commission, I will not redo a GFX if you were not wearing the correct avatar!-5. Work commissioned is not cleared for commercial / resell usage. Work cannot be resold on merchandise or resold as your own original asset.-6. Zero tolerance policy for abusive language.-7. I cannot work with custom body packages that do not have typical rigs + I do not offer 3D clothing posing. Rigs I can use include: Woman, Girl, Boy, 2.0, Man and Blocky. (3D clothing defined as: dresses, arm warmers, sleeves, shoes, 3D pants etc).-8. Please ensure you include all details when ordering a GFX! Example: If you want cheeks head but want a custom face, please mention you want cheeks head as I'll need to use a different rig than usual!-9. You must have parental consent if you are under the age of 18 when purchasing a commission. I am unable to provide refunds if you spend money without your parent's consent.-10. I do not work / respond on weekends or holidays. If your commission is due but you didn't respond before the weekend, delivery will be shifted to the next business day.-11. I am unable to offer large changes to orders (colors, themes, props etc) after your order is processed.-12. I will respond to any inquires / questions within 48 hours!-13. When using my work for channels / branding / thumbnails etc, please credit "Pixies" in the description!

-Youtube Banners: With the perfect size for the banner we provide high quality content whether basic or Advance the only differences are that your avatar wont be added.
-GFX Logo: For the BASIC logo your avatar will be added but the quality will be less and overlays won’t be used that much. For the ADVANCED logo the Quality will be amazing with much more overlays and effects.
-Transparent render pack: This bundle is a STEAL as this is a 5 render package of your own avatar! For so cheap!
